Exchange and return policy

Our dear customer,

You can return the product within 2 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receipt of the product only if it is not used and in its original condition with the original/electronic purchase invoice and the terms and conditions:

If the product is incorrect (if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging and has all labels and labels).

If the product is damaged/defective (for electronics, unpackaged products will be accepted if the description or displayed pictures differ from them).

If you change your mind or order a product by mistake, we will agree to an exchange under the following specific conditions:

The product must be in the original factory packaging and not opened.

It is not possible to return or exchange without presenting the electronic invoice attached to the order.

In promotional offers, the free item must be returned with all the items in the order if a return or exchange is desired.

 Products that cannot be returned:

- Products that were imported and were ordered by a special customer request from the manufacturer cannot be returned.

- If the product has been used.
